Since that time, I learned what an honorable and professional young man Charles is. Charles has been to my home on several occasions determining and correcting any computer problems I may have experienced. He followed any concern in a timely fashion and his fee was very reasonable. I felt that Charles personalized his services to my specific needs. Charles took the time to show me how to operate a new Windows 7 system (coming from Windows XP). Appointments were made and kept in a timely fashion. I was truly blessed to have met this dynamic young man.

To anyone who is interested in finding what I would call an exceptionally qualified person to get if you need work on any technical problem, such as a computer, tablet, printer, fax, etc., etc., etc.. He's done work for my husband and I so we are recommending him. I am also adding that his prices are very reasonable. I have tried others for help but they were unsuccessful in getting the work done. Only Mr. Charles Smith was able to do what we needed done and he took time to make sure things were done properly.
